Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in our sales process by identifying and reaching out to potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations, and qualifying leads for our sales team. This is a commission-based position with excellent earning potential for the right candidate.



  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Sales CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify and target potential clients in our target industries and markets.
  • Use email, phone calls, and other communication channels to reach out to prospects.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with leads, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in HubSpot Sales CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets.
  • Continuously learn about our services and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
