This isn’t about pointing fingers—it’s about giving our team the tools to recognize their own blind spots and ensuring that every person at TopOut Group feels empowered to bring their full, authentic self to work every day.

Radical Transparency & Open Dialogue

A pledge is only as strong as the accountability behind it. We don’t want our DEI goals to live in a vacuum or behind closed doors. Every six months, we host Bi-Annual DEI Town Halls specifically designed to “check our work.” These sessions serve as an open forum where leadership shares our progress and, more importantly, where our team can share their lived experiences. We believe that by keeping the conversation constant and transparent, we can pivot quickly and stay true to our values as we scale.
